Amie Sheridan, Founder &
CEO
Amie elevates the visibility of women in business by helping them find their voices and share their stories in all formats across the media. Her approach to PR combines the personal with the professional, while always maintaining focus on increasing the bottom line. She has ghostwritten hundreds of articles in the voice of the CEO and interviewed over 50 women as host of The WINS Podcast. She’s a lyrics geek, lover of hoodies, and a huge fan of daily comedy. Amie and her husband are raising three fearless daughters in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Elizabeth Eichhorn, Chief Experience Officer
Elizabeth has guided over 1,000 business owners through strategy development, business growth, and innovative fundraising solutions as a coach and advisor. As CXO, Elizabeth designs and delivers a high touch experience to clientele, empowering them to bring vision to reality in a way that feels natural to them. She is a certified Master Naturalist who enjoys house projects, gardening, and caring for her chickens at home in San Antonio, TX, where she resides with her husband.
Andi Ponto, PR Director
A seasoned public relations and communications practitioner, Andi has a decade of agency and in-house experience in reputation management and executive thought leadership. Throughout her career, she has had a specific passion for working with and elevating women leaders - at both small and large organizations - through tactics like media relations, speaking engagements, and community affairs. She lives in the Philly suburbs with her husband and one-year old son. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting with her Cricut and taking trips to the beach with her family.
